My Poem - True Love

Being a spiritual soul is the hardest thing to do,

My heart is light and smiling,

And it's all because of you.

The struggles ahead is a journey I must take,

For your hand is strong and carrying me through,

The love I feel for you,

Always helps me make it through.

A gentle word like a spark of Light,

Illuminates my soul,

And as each word goes deeper,

It's you who makes me whole.

I think of you each morning,

And dream of you each night,

I think of your arms being around me,

And cannot express my delight.

Your arms always enfold me,

The strength of angels wings,

They support me and protect me wholly,

With the safety a true love brings.

You are the Alpha and the Omega,

The beginning and the end,

You are my Lord Christ Jesus,

Who's love is always Godsends.
